LAGOS, NIGERIA— Hutstack, the operator of Nigeria's leading property management software platform, today announced the release of a major platform update featuring AI-powered maintenance prediction capabilities for Hutstack Property users.

The new feature — called Hutstack Predict — analyzes historical maintenance records for each property and unit to identify patterns and predict which systems are likely to require maintenance in the coming weeks and months. Property managers receive automated alerts and suggested preventive maintenance schedules, allowing them to address issues before they become costly emergencies.

The update also includes a redesigned maintenance dashboard with improved vendor performance analytics, enhanced work order templates, and a new bulk assignment feature that allows property managers to assign multiple work orders to a vendor simultaneously — significantly reducing coordination time for firms with large maintenance queues.

The Hutstack Predict feature is available to all Premium plan customers at no additional cost starting today, with Plus plan customers gaining access in early 2025.
